修理規定

無償修理（保証対象）または有償修理の診断は、ご依頼品を当社にて確認後の判断となりますことご了承ください。

修理規定

  1. 保証期間は保証書に記載の通りです。
  2. 取扱説明書における正常な使用状態で保証期間中に故障した場合は無償修理となります。
    （キャップ、ケース、ストラップやゴム目当てなど、付属品や部品を紛失された場合の補充は保証対象外です。）
  3. 次の場合は保証期間内でも有料修理となります。
    • ご使用上の誤り、落下、衝撃、圧迫による故障および損傷の場合。
    • 火災の場合、浸水、地震等による天災地変による故障の場合。
    • 傷、ハガレ、腐食、クモリ等や保存上の不備（高温多湿な環境など）による場合。
    • 当社以外での改造、分解、掃除などによる故障及び損傷の場合。
    • 修理ご依頼時に有効な保証書の提示がない場合。
    • 保証書に販売店による、お買上げ年月日、ご氏名、販売店名の記入がない場合。
      （保証書の「購入日」「販売店名」欄の手書きは無効となります。）
      （販売店発行の領収書・納品書・保証書用シールなど必要事項が記入されている書面の添付があれば、「購入日」「販売店名」の記入の代わりとすることができます。）
  4. 修理品の状態によっては、製品の交換をもって修理とさせていただく場合がございます。
  5. オリジナルラッピング仕様の製品や、外装にデコレーションをされている場合などは、基本的に外装を復元できません。
  6. 原則として、補修部品を保有している期間が修理可能期間となります。
  7. 修理品の送料、お持込時の交通費等は、お客様にてご負担願います。
  8. お預かりする修理品の状態を確認するために、お見積の段階である程度作業を進める場合がございます。
  9. お見積後に修理の中止をご希望された場合であっても、ご依頼時の状態を維持したままでのご返却とならない場合がございます。
