株式会社ビクセンは、日本のアマチュア天文学の発祥の地として知られている京都大学花山天文台とコラボレーションし、オリジナルの星座早見盤を製作いたしました。

今回のオリジナル星座早見盤は、日本の天文学にとって“聖地”とも言える花山天文台を存続させ、京都の観光名所にすることを目的としたプロモーションの第一弾。観光客に、寺院や神社だけではない京都の魅力を知っていただくため、花山天文台で開催されるイベントや講演などの様々なシーンで販売しています。売り上げの一部は花山天文台や京都大学岡山3.8m望遠鏡の運用に活用されます。
花山天文台オリジナルの星座早見盤は、花山天文台が描かれており、京都の星空をイメージしたデザインとなっています。14.6cm四方に収まる小さめサイズで持ち歩きやすいのも特徴です。
