2015年9月9日から10日に発生した平成27年台風第18号等による大雨による災害で、被災された皆様には謹んでお見舞い申し上げますとともに、被災地の一日も早い復興をお祈り申し上げます。
ビクセンでは、災害救助法適用の地域にお住まいの個人のお客様が所有し、ご愛用いただいております弊社製品が今回の災害により故障した場合、下記のように特別価格による修理対応を行っております。

修理対応の詳細

対象製品
修理が可能な天体望遠鏡、双眼鏡、顕微鏡

※被害の状況によっては、修理ができない場合もございます。
※製造終了製品は、事前にカスタマーサポートにご相談ください。
※弊社製品のみが対象です。他社製品の修理は受付いたしかねます。

特別修理料金
「修理可能な製品」について、通常修理料金の50%とします。（保証期間を問いません。）
送料・諸掛りはお客様に負担をお願いしております。
対応期間
2016年9月30日受付分まで
（被災製品は時間の経過と共に状態が悪化するものが多くございます。早めのご依頼をお待ちしております。）
修理依頼方法
公的機関の罹災証明書（コピー可）を添付の上、修理窓口（ビクセン修理係）にお送りください。

本件を適用の修理のご依頼は、弊社窓口（ビクセン修理係）でのみ受付ております。
他方法ではお受けしておりませんのでご了承ください。
