総合光学機器メーカー、株式会社ビクセン（本社：埼玉県所沢市、代表取締役：新妻和重）は、「ビクセンオリジナル天体カレンダー」の2017年版を11月25日(金)に発売します。公募によって集まった選りすぐりの天体写真が毎月のページを飾る、天文情報が満載のオリジナルカレンダーです。

選りすぐりの天体写真と天文情報を掲載 ビクセンオリジナル天体カレンダー　2017年版 11月25日（金）発売

天体写真は、田村市星の村天文台（福島県）の台長で天文ジャーナリストの大野裕明氏によって選定され、評価コメント付きで掲載しています。撮影データも書かれており、撮影の参考にしながら、美しい天体写真を楽しめます。
また、月ごとの見やすい天体や惑星の観測状況のほか、日ごとの月齢、月や太陽の出入時刻、天文現象など、天体観測に必要な情報を掲載。”スターパーティ“の計画を立てる際にも役立ちます。

ビクセンは、天文趣味に親しんで欲しいという考えから、30年以上前より同種のカレンダー製作に取り組んでいます。現在はマンスリー壁掛けカレンダーとして発行し、店舗での販売のほか、ビクセンの会員組織「トナかい」の団体会員や正会員（有料会員）にプレゼントするなどしています。
