総合光学機器メーカー、株式会社ビクセン（本社：埼玉県所沢市、代表取締役：新妻和重）は、御岳ロープウエイや開田高原マイアスキー場を管理運営するアスモグループ株式会社 (本社：長野県木曽郡　社長：今 孝志)と2019年11月1日、星空を活用した地域振興に関する業務提携契約を締結しました。

御嶽山麓の復興、継続的な観光振興や地域活性を目指し、今後、両社の特色を活かしたさまざまな取り組みを実施するという合意のもと、今回の業務提携に至りました。
具体的には、春から秋にかけては「CAMP STAR at Ontake Ropeway」と題して御岳ロープウエイを活用した星空観望会を実施。また冬は「CAMP STAR at MIA」として開田高原マイアスキー場での“スターパーティ”開催を計画しています。さらに、天体写真展や望遠鏡づくりワークショップの実施、天体関連グッズの販売など、今後両社は協力をしてさまざまな取り組みを行う予定です。

ビクセンは「星を見せる会社」として、木曽に広がる美しい星空を、より多くの方に体験いただけるよう取り組んでまいります。
