総合光学機器メーカー株式会社ビクセン（本社:埼玉県所沢市、代表取締役：新妻和重）は、2019年12月26日（木）に東京スカイツリータウン内で開催される『天体観察イベント【部分日食】』に協力します。

12月26日（木）の部分日食は、令和最初の日食であり、今年を締めくくる貴重な天文現象です。特に今回の日食では、太陽が欠けたまま地平線に沈んでいく「日入帯食（にちにゅうたいしょく）」という現象を観察できます。

当日は、東京スカイツリー 天望デッキ フロア350と、東京スカイツリータウン 5階 ファームガーデンの二か所で、太陽投影板を取り付けた天体望遠鏡を設置。数量限定でビクセンの「日食グラス」も貸出します。事前申込み不要、どなたでも参加できる無料イベントです。
月に隠され欠けていく太陽の神秘的な様子を、じっくりとお楽しみください。
