総合光学機器メーカー株式会社ビクセン（本社：埼玉県所沢市、代表取締役：新妻和重）は、仙台市天文台で2020年2月1日（土）～2月2日（日）の2日間にわたり開催される「天文台まつり2020」に出店します。

仙台市天文台が開台した1955年2月1日を記念して、毎年2月1日付近の土日に開催する「天文台まつり」は、展示室が無料でご覧いただけるほか、プラネタリウム特別投映や天体観望会・サイエンスショーなど、宇宙を楽しむプログラムが盛りだくさんのイベントです。ビクセンブースでは、新製品展示のほか、小さいお子様でも楽しく作れる手作り望遠鏡のワークショップを行います。

『天文台まつり2020』開催概要

■開催日時：2月1日（土）9:00～21:30（ビクセンブースは10:00～18:00まで）
　　　　　　2月2日（日）9:00～17:00（ビクセンブースは10:00～16:00まで）
■会場：仙台市天文台（宮城県仙台市）
■入場料：無料（プラネタリウムやワークショップなど一部イベントは有料）
　　　　　※ビクセンブースでの「手作り望遠鏡ワークショップ」は有料/500円、随時参加可）
